Brief bio...

Hi and welcome, my name is Emily Lacy, and I am so looking forward to working with you! 


My first administrative role was as a receptionist/admin assistant when I was 18 years old (many moons ago). I have since worked my way up, throughout my career, from being a receptionist up to my most recent previous role as Director of Administrative Services in the Scientific Research and Development Sector. 


This has allowed me to hone my organisation and chaos-controlling skills over a set of diverse roles. Skills that I hope to be able to transfer to other small business owners, including you!

 

I believe in building a strong relationship with my clients and understanding their needs and preferences. This helps me in providing tailored services that cater to their specific requirements.
